Yesterday I celebrated a HUGE milestone - I had my 100th deal in Calgary go firm! This means I have helped 100 clients across Canada to invest in pre-construction properties in Calgary in 2022 alone! I wanted to say thank you to all of my clients who have made this possible.
My Approach
I’m not a salesman and I never want to sell you a property. Instead I am a very passionate real estate investor who now helps others to start and grow their own real estate portfolios. I do this by educated my clients, making you comfortable with the buying process, and helping with ever facet of the transaction. I only promote the investments that I would personally invest in and I DO NOT bombard you with 37 emails every week with just a marketing brochure.
I view every deal as a partnership between the client and I - I will always do what is in your best interest because every property needs to be the right fit for YOU.
